Students with special education services are often served by multiple individuals with specialized areas of knowledge. Paraeducators have been increasingly employed to deliver an array of special education services with little or no formal preparation for their duties. Diverse learners with very different needs and supports are found in every classroom. How do you bring all of these pieces together so that all students are consistently learning and practicing in one classroom or across multiple settings? How can technology be best used to promote access, engagement and academic success? This workshop helps participants develop a framework for integrating services and leading student teams in a highly effective manner.
