CASE subscribes to a less expensive Office 365 license which does not include the option to edit files using the mobile app versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

That’s a major drag, but there is one important exception to the rule: OneNote. The OneNote app for Android or iPhones works great, and I can edit pages both in my own OneNote notebook and in the notebooks belonging to the groups in which I’m a member.

For that reason alone, OneNote might be the better option if you need to write up reports, presentation scripts, etc, on the go–especially considering that smartphones today have excellent voice recognition. Think about that the next time you wish you could whip up a Word document on your phone!
